Our brand new, purpose-built 100-place early learning centre in Upper Coomera is designed to inspire joy, connection and lifelong learning. With six spacious, beautifully designed learning studios catering to children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten, our environment offers open-ended resources, sustainable materials, and nature-inspired aesthetics to foster exploration, wonder and growth.

Our dedicated Nature Adventure Play Space takes learning beyond the classroom—supporting loose parts play, nature walks, and rich outdoor experiences that connect children to the land and each other.

About the Role – Early Childhood Teacher

We’re searching for an inspiring Early Childhood Teacher Extraordinaire—a passionate educator ready to make their mark and contribute meaningfully to the learning journeys of our children and families.

You’ll play a key role in guiding educational programs, mentoring your peers, and helping us grow a nurturing, inclusive and respectful culture at Gumera.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA Approved Equivalent

Current Blue Card

Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT025) or approved equivalent

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

A sound understanding of the EYLF, QKLG, NQF, and the Assessment and Rating Process

Key Skills and Attributes:

Passion for play-based, inquiry-led education that honours children’s strengths and interests

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with families, children, and colleagues
