Based on-site in Melbourne’s western suburbs, you’ll have direct access to decision-makers and see how contracts translate into the built environment. This is great for developing practical insight and commercial instincts.

You'll support contract administration on a large-scale data centre build, helping to manage head contract obligations and strengthen commercial capabilities. You’ll be involved in drafting, negotiating and executing subcontracts and handling variations, extensions of time, and notices of delay.

Work closely with the Project Manager and Services Manager to oversee procurement strategy, ensuring key long-lead items are secured on time. You’ll also manage subcontract packages, evaluating scope, pricing, and contractual terms to ensure alignment with programme and quality expectations.

What you’ll need

• Experience as a Contract Administrator for a head contractor, ideally in data centres, heavy services, or commercial construction
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence in managing contract documentation and negotiations
• Ability to work on-site in Truganina, with a focus on collaboration and seeing projects through from start to finish
