The Opportunity

As our new HR Assistant, you’ll work closely with our People & Culture team to support key functions including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and HR administration. This is a fantastic first step for someone looking to develop their HR skills in a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process: posting ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
• Assisting with Onboarding new employees and preparing contracts and documentation
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems
• Helping coordinate training sessions and tracking compliance
• Responding to employee queries and supporting general HR admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

• A recent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail and a love for organisation
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Some experience in an office, retail, or customer service environment is a bonus, but not essential
