What we’re looking for:
Are you passionate about people and ready to kick-start your career in Human Resources? We’re on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate People & Culture Administrator to join our supportive and collaborative team!
Your days will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities that include:
Supporting the People team with the administrative component of the employment lifecycle.
Working collaboratively with the People team to manage and respond to employee queries via the People inbox, delivering timely, accurate, and supportive communication across a broad range of HR matters, including industrial and employee relations, grievance handling, and the application of best practice policies.

Assisting with the recruitment process, including coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and verifying compliance information and work rights to support a smooth and compliant recruitment process
Supporting workplace health and safety compliance through effective administration, regular audits, and accurate reporting.
Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, including events, policy refreshers, wellbeing programs, and promoting support services like EAPs.
About you:
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support roles (highly desirable but not essential)
HR or Business undergraduate or relevant degree (or working towards)
Understanding of Fair Work, OH&S legislation, Award interpretation and legislative frameworks
Understanding of Recruitment, Selection and Induction Processes; and
Ability to build strong professional relationships
