You’ve done the groundwork. You’ve been tested on jobs where things move fast and the pressure’s real. You’ve handled complex services packages, worked alongside sharp operators and know how to keep the commercial side steady when everything else is moving.

This is a large-scale data project in Melbourne’s west, and it's strictly the services and fit-out component of the build. It’s already passed the $200 million mark and is tracking toward something closer to $700 million. You’ll be on site with the team, not hidden away. The client’s involved, the pace is relentless, and the technical scope will keep you sharp.

The commercial team is already strong. What’s missing is someone who’s worked through a few tough jobs, knows how to stay calm under pressure and adds stability when things get intense. If you’ve worked on hospitals, data centres or other builds where services drive the job, this will feel familiar.

This is a mid-level role. You will report to a senior CA and PM, and this presents a great opportunity to step up a level in project size and technicality. There’s a genuine pathway here. Plenty of people have stepped up into senior roles by doing good work, staying sharp, and being reliable when it matters.

The company is a T2 business with a T3 feel. So, whether you're stepping down from the T1 ocean or up from the T3 pond, you will find the missing piece of the puzzle that is your career, here. The GM still has a personal touch, they have regular catch-ups, social outings and most of all flexibility when it comes to personal commitments. There is a progressive well-being policy as well.

You will need at least four years of experience on large projects with a head contract and your degree or diploma in Construction Management.

The salary package is up to $170k, including super.
