Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical, and BMS issues efficiently.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Collaborate with a team to implement energy-efficient solutions and BMS upgrades.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

Proven experience in mechanical electrical.

Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation technology.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Relevant certifications or licenses (White Card, Electrical License, EWP).

Knowledge of energy-efficient practices and sustainable building principles is a plus.

Valid driver's license.
