About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Electrician or 3rd/4th year apprentice to join our team at Hyperdrive Electrical and Mechanical Industries Pty Ltd in Tamworth, NSW. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing electrical systems and components across our diverse range of projects. This is a full-time position, with the option to work a 4-day week or 9-day fortnight.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out electrical and solar installations, maintenance and repairs to a high standard

Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Interpreting electrical drawings and schematics to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations

Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment

Collaborating with other trades and team members to ensure seamless project delivery

Documenting work completed and maintaining detailed records

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Qualified Electrician with a valid Electrical License OR a 3rd/4th year apprentice

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Ability to work independently an as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills
