About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity in Sydney for an enthusiastic Electrician to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for providing electrical depth and experience across our continually growing client base of small to medium projects and service contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

Perform service, maintenance, and installation work across various client sites.

Manage and complete client work orders with professionalism and accuracy.

Lead small to medium commercial and service projects.

Provide direction to apprentices and tradespeople on-site.

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and documentation.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.

Identify new work opportunities and support team growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed and valid (NSW) Electrical licence and trade-qualified Electrician with experience in commercial and industrial electrical installations and maintenance, and a strong commitment to safety.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2 plus years experience as a qualified electrician within the commercial and industrial sectors is preferred.

A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

High standards of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Strong communication skills for client and management interactions.

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment.

Bonus points if you have:
✔ Open Cablers Licence
✔ Working at Heights and Confined Space Training
✔ PLC experience/ knowledge

Hourly rate:

$50- $60 p.h + vehicle, super, phone, laptop depending on successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
