About the role

Dentists on Enmore is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly team in Enmore, NSW. This will be a full time role 4-5 days/week, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding working environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional patient care and customer service at the reception desk

Assisting the dentist during procedures by sterilising instruments, preparing treatment rooms, and supporting the dentist as needed

Managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling billing and insurance inquiries

Maintaining a clean and well-organised clinical environment

Completing other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the practice

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within the healthcare/medical industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Proficiency in using dental software and computer systems

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

A team-oriented approach and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Relevant qualifications or certifications in dental assisting or a similar field would be highly regarded
