About the role

This part-time Pro Shop Assistant position at Precision Golf Chatswood offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment. Reporting to the Director of Precision Golf, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inventory management, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the golf pro shop. Training in the use of TrackMan radars is preferred, but can training can be provided.

What you'll be doing

Process sales transactions and handle cash/card payments efficiently

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment

Ensure the pro shop is well-organised and visually appealing

Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to golfers visiting the store, assist customers with the use of the TrackMan radar system

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales & membership targets and maintain high customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the golf industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a tidy and organised work environment

Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities

Enthusiasm for the game of golf and a desire to share your passion with customers
