With a strong focus on tailored client service and modern systems, this role is ideal for someone confident in using BGL Simple Fund 360 and ready to manage end-to-end SMSF administration.

This is a casual contractor role with flexibility around working hours and arrangements. You'll start full-time in-office with the potential to move into a hybrid model once established.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Setting up new SMSFs and managing compliance from start to finish
• Processing transactions and documentation using BGL Simple Fund 360
• Preparing year-end financials, tax returns, and coordinating audit requirements
• Liaising directly with auditors, clients, and internal team members
• Providing responsive, high-level support via phone and email
• Ensuring adherence to current SMSF regulations

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• 12+ months’ experience with BGL Simple Fund 360 (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of SMSF compliance and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• A flexible mindset and comfort in a dynamic, evolving environment

What’s in It for You:

• $75,000 – $90,000 per annum (pro rata)
