This rewarding role involves providing personalised support to help clients live as independently as possible, while promoting dignity, inclusion, and empowerment in their daily lives.

Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, daily routines, and participation in community-based activities such as appointments, outings, and social events. You’ll be a positive role model and a reliable support person who fosters trust and connection with both clients and their families.

You will also collaborate closely with families, allied health professionals, and other support staff to ensure a holistic and consistent approach to care. This is a great opportunity for someone who is energetic, empathetic, and eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with disabilities.

10–15 hours per week to start
