Your Role:
As their Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of their operations, responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from order receipt to installation. You’ll collaborate with sales, manufacturing, tradespeople and logistics to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly, providing exceptional service to their high-profile clients.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing the supply of workstations and loose office furniture for all orders placed by companies that require installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from the order being received to installation, ensuring timelines and goals are met
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables
- Proactively solve issues and track project milestones, keeping the team informed
- Foster relationships with clients, confirming specifications and schedules
- Be accountable for project results
Who You Are:
- Friendly, efficient, and highly organized
- A natural communicator who thrives on collaboration
- Experienced in project management or a fast-paced operational/ logistics orientated role
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, and problem-solving
- Roles requiring planning, scheduling, managing multiple priorities and solving problems will be highly regarded
1-3 years of experience in project management or related office fit out, building, construction or logistics roles will be looked upon favourably.
Experience working within an operational role within a fast-paced environment requiring planning, scheduling, managing multiple priorities and solving problems will be highly regarded.
