About the role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team at Little Angels Salisbury in Salisbury, Queensland. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a nurturing, stimulating and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Fostering a warm, inclusive and safe learning environment for children of all ages and abilities

Conducting developmental assessments and providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers

Collaborating with the centre management team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practice

Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and its implementation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

Demonstrated commitment to promoting the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of young children

Knowledge of regulations, standards and best practices in early childhood education

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
