Tasks

As an Early Childhood Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating effectively with the teaching team to foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety within the centre.
• Developing and implementing high-quality, stimulating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Facilitating play-based learning experiences that are responsive to each child's individual interests, strengths, and abilities.
• Observing and documenting children's developmental progress using appropriate assessment tools.
• Building strong and positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective learning programs.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Approved Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
• Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available).
