Join Our Team at Achieve Performing Arts Studio
At Achieve Performing Arts Studio, we’re not just about dance—we’re about building a kind, supportive community where both teachers and students thrive. We’re looking for a passionate, versatile teacher who’s ready to make a difference, have fun, and support every child in achieving their personal best.
Why Join Achieve?
Teamwork and Kindness: Our teaching team is dedicated to creating a positive, collaborative environment where we support one another and celebrate each other's successes.
Flexibility and Creativity: We value adaptable instructors who bring their unique teaching style to a variety of dance genres. Whether you’re stepping in to cover a class or leading your own, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute creatively and make a meaningful impact.
Integrated Solo, Duo & Trio Program: Unlike studios where these are occasional extras, solo, duo, and trio work is a regular and vital part of the Achieve experience. Our teachers have the ongoing opportunities to choreograph and mentor students in these settings, overseeing their progress from rehearsal to stage and competition.
Empower Student Achievement: Play a key role in helping students reach their personal best and grow in self-assurance with each class and performance.
Keep Growing with Us: Enjoy ongoing professional development, complimentary classes, and a positive team environment.
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who will embrace our supportive and collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate is someone who brings:
A genuine passion for dance and a contagious enthusiasm that inspires students of all levels.
A positive and optimistic attitude, creating an uplifting and encouraging atmosphere in every class.
A team-oriented approach, eager to work alongside fellow teachers, share ideas, and celebrate team successes.
A caring and empathetic approach, connecting with students individually and fostering their growth in both skill and confidence.
Proactiveness and responsibility, taking initiative and demonstrating reliability in all aspects of teaching.
A growth-oriented mindset, embracing opportunities for professional development and a desire to continuously improve.
Clear and kind communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Enthusiasm for our shared vision of student success and studio excellence. We invite individuals who are excited to work within our supportive policies, guidelines, and role requirements, created as valuable tools designed to help everyone achieve.
In addition to these qualities, the essentials remain:
A valid Blue Card
Current First Aid/CPR training
Dance teaching qualifications (versatility is a bonus!)
If you're ready to join a fun-loving, purpose-driven team making a real impact, we would love to hear from you. Send your CV to [email protected]
