Our Team Leader is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Property Manager who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys working with a close-knit, supportive team.

As a valued member of our Property Management team, you’ll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio of approximately 120 local properties. Your key duties will include:

Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections

Coordinating routine and emergency maintenance

Managing rental arrears and tenant relations

Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades/suppliers

Ensuring exceptional client service and compliance

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional with:

Strong administration and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Word, CRM, and database management)

Confident communication skills with a proactive, friendly approach

A well-presented appearance and positive attitude

A genuine passion for property and delivering outstanding service

Patience, resilience, and a solution-focused mindset

Ability to represent at NCAT if necessary

Essential Requirements

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Residential Property Management

A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

A reliable vehicle and valid NSW driver’s licence
