The responsibilities of this role are focused on providing legal advice and representation within all aspects of family law to a diverse range of clients. We know that family law can be emotionally demanding — that’s why we prioritise mental wellbeing and offer a strong team-based environment where mentorship and collaboration are key.

What we offer:

Competitive Salary - $90,000- $110,000 per annum plus superannuation. Remuneration commensurate with experience.

To be successful, you must possess:

2–4 years post-admission experience in Family Law

A positive attitude, drive and commitment to your role

Confidence in developing and maintaining client relationships

High standards of communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients

Proficiency in delivering tailored client focused outcomes

Excellent problem solving and strategic skills

Time management and organisational skills

An exceptionally high level of attention to detail and the ability to meet critical deadlines

Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
