The Firm & The Role

Our client is a reputable Gold Coast law firm covering an array of legal areas with legal specialists in each area. The family law department has an existing practice and looking for a senior lawyer to lead the team. Quality clients, this is a very busy practice looking for a leader for their family law team.

Happy to consider part-time or remote working. Will also consider whole team to move with you.

About You

To be successful in this Family Law role, as either a Senior Associate or Special Counsel or Junior Partner, you will have:

• 5+ years PAE in family law
• Strong technical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers
• Excellent attention to detail and client service orientation
• Ability to develop strong rapport with clients
