Join a respected, Australian-owned manufacturing business in a broad HR leadership role supporting operations across NSW, ACT, and QLD. Based in Ingleburn, this role offers meaningful scope, strong business partnership, and a clear path for future growth, with the organisation actively considering succession for the GM Human Resources role.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources, and partnering closely with the Regional GM, you’ll provide HR leadership across 7 sites in the Region. While based primarily at the Ingleburn site (4 days/week), you’ll undertake monthly day trips to other sites to ensure visibility, support local leaders, and strengthen engagement on the ground.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, operational environment and is ready to take on broader responsibilities over time.
Your Key Responsibilities
Partner with regional and site leaders to build leadership capability and drive people performance.
Lead day-to-day HR delivery: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and recruitment.
Support business transformation, change management, and culture initiatives.
Coach operational leaders and frontline managers on people management practices.
Engage with EBAs and IR matters as required, with the support of an experienced GM HR.
You’ll Bring
Proven HR experience in manufacturing, logistics or blue-collar industries.
Ability to build trust and credibility across varied stakeholder groups.
Practical knowledge of employee relations, performance and workforce development.
Exposure to EBA processes or unionised environments.
Energy, initiative, and a focus on outcomes.
A willingness to travel for monthly site visits (single-day trips).
