What You’ll Be Doing

Lead a talented accounting team and foster their development, in both locations

Drive client engagement across a diverse portfolio (SMEs, family groups, SMSF, HNW individuals).

Deliver tax, compliance, and advisory services with strong commercial acumen.

Identify business opportunities and help shape the strategic vision of the firm.

Play a hands-on role in tax planning, structuring, ATO engagements & interacting with clients

Be the go-to for client and technical solutions and internal leadership—your voice will be heard.

Be the firms principal tax agent

What You Bring to the Role

CA/CPA/IPA qualified with 7+ years in public practice (MUST HAVE).

Proven leadership and people management experience.

Track record of managing substantial client fees and delivering high-quality advisory.

Registered Tax Agent

Commercial mindset with a focus on business growth and client success.

Driven, down-to-earth, and ready to take the next big step in your career.
