Accounts Admin (AP) - Parental Leave Cover

Leviat is seeking an Accounts Admin (AP) to join our Finance Team on a 6 month fixed-term contract.

This is your chance to work with a dynamic customer-driven team. You’ll be at the heart of our Finance team providing efficient and accurate administration and Account support with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

This role is best suited to someone who has a keen eye for detail, a strong passion for accuracy, and enjoys supporting financial operations.

The role:

High volume Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable on an as-needs basis

Assist with month end including processing of journals and reconciliations

Daily and weekly sales reporting

You will be:

Experienced in end-to-end Accounts Payable in a high volume environment is essential

Experience in Accounts Receivable

Highly organised and can work to deadlines

Experience with MS Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365, MYOB EXO

Committed to work the whole fixed term contract period

Have your own transport
