What will you be doing in this role:

• Learn everything property management
• Leasing
• Key hand overs
• Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Use PropertyMe software
• Portfolio management assistance
• Attend new business meetings
• Onboard new managements
• Liaise with tenants and landlords
• Monday – Saturday with a weekday off

The right candidate will have:

• Organised and great at following a process
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration
• Drivers license and a reliable car
• Immaculate presentation
• Confident on the phone and in person
• 6 months real estate experience or a background in reception or customer service
