• Define and prioritize features, iterations, and releases for the APMEA roadmap.
• Act as the key communicator of product vision and goals across internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global product teams to influence roadmap direction and align with regional needs.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging deep industry knowledge.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
• Support strategic customer relationships, including presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and sales enablement.
• Establish clear success metrics aligned with global objectives.

Required Experience & Attributes

• A senior product manager with years of experience, ideally in the retail technology sector.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and roadmap execution, including retail project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable strategies.
• Financial acumen with experience managing forecasts, budgets, and P&L.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative, risk-tolerant approach to innovation.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and a drive to deliver results.

What you will bring to the team:

As a Product Owner, you will evaluate business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technologies, customer business issues and the competitive environment. You will apply your broad knowledge of the Retail industry together with product capabilities and service offerings to expand the portfolio of products and solution alternatives in selected markets of Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA). Your responsibility will include developing high-level project plans designed to address customer needs and expand our market share
