Part-time Bookkeeper | Rydalmere relocating to Greystanes | $90,000 plus super
The Company:

With continued growth and innovation, they’re now looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their close-knit finance team. Ideally across five days with flexible, school-hour-friendly working options.
The Role:
Reporting to a supportive and approachable Financial Controller, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is a varied and hands-on role where your experience will be valued, and your contribution genuinely appreciated. Responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable (low volume, high accuracy)
- Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Account reconciliations and general ledger support
- Handling insurance renewals and processing claims
- Inter-company account reconciliation
- Maintaining the Fixed Assets register
- Preparing Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) documentation
- Supporting monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing prepayments, accruals, and contributing to cash flow forecasts
The Candidate:
You’ll bring a proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and can hit the ground running. You’ll also have:
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level)
- Confidence working independently, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team
- Clear, professional communication and a positive approach
