Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 + 11.5% Super

ROLE

Day to Day operation of Subway

Roster & Staff management - recruiting, training, supervision of all team members.

Selecting special promotions, marketing policies, local advertising and setting pricing based on market competitiveness

Refining operations to market trends, holidays and special events

Selecting products and setting menu items based on local demand

Ensuring compliance with Subway guidelines and food safety regulations

Inventory management - determining stock levels, ordering, inspecting stock quality

Cash flow management - ensuring weekly banking records

Ensure the restaurant operates as per the KPIs set for this role

Undertaking Budgeting and business strategy for the store

Maintaining records of stock levels and making purchase decisions
