The Role:

This is a senior leadership position leading the Industrial division, and one of 3 divisional managers reporting to the General Manager, with responsibility for:

leading the performance of the Industrial / sheet metal division

Overseeing a workshop team of 8–10

Building customer relationships

Ensuring strong safety and quality outcomes

Maintaining operational excellence across machinery and workflow

About You:

We’re looking for a capable and confident manager who can lead from the front. You'll bring:

Fabrication trade qualifications

10+ years of fabrication experience including sheet metal fabrication

team leadership experience

Strong communication skills, written and verbal,

Exposure / experience to quoting is preferred

Good computer skills; some drafting experience would be a bonus
