Some of your responsibilities will include:

Execute production plans to ensure efficient runs with minimal downtime, meeting targets and deadlines

Liaise with Maintenance and Quality departments to monitor and address production-related performance and issues

Manage and organise the entire production teams, supervising, developing, and motivating staff, and ensuring effective team communication with a focus on efficiency, quality, and turnaround times

Ensure compliance with WH&S and OH&S and other industry regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Assist with production trials and execution

Assist with GMP, housekeeping, and audits

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry

Relevant Trade, Diploma, or Tertiary Qualification in a related field

A strong understanding of manufacturing processes

In-depth knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Standards, and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations

You will also have:

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results, with a proactive and action-oriented approach

A stable employment history with a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating diverse teams

Strong commitment to service excellence, with a focus on following procedures and adhering to industry standards
