We are seeking a full-time Solicitor to work in our Ashwood office who has experience in property law and conveyancing and possesses a desire to practice in other areas of law. The position requires the successful candidate to work autonomously, manage files from start to finish, be willing to learn new areas of legal practice, develop existing skills, engage directly with clients to provide empathetic sound advice, build and maintain rapport with clients, other employees and key stakeholders, and to deliver a professional high standard of legal services.

The successful candidate can expect our experienced legal practitioners to provide on the job training in multiple areas of law practice in a friendly and supportive work environment which, with demonstrated ability, shall provide that candidate with ongoing opportunities to develop their career as a legal practitioner. Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in legal practice

Experience in residential and commercial conveyancing

Understanding of commercial business activities

Holds a current Victorian practicing certificate

Proficient communication, negotiation and problem solving skills

Ability to work both independently and with other employees
