XO Legal is a start up law firm and part of the Larger XO Group located in Werribee and offices through out Australia

Our team is made up of smart, highly driven professionals who pride themselves on excelling in their respective roles and providing high-quality legal services to a wide clientele. Whilst our firm is new, we are growing quickly due to the relationships with other professional service providers within the XO Group. Currently we are focused on property and wills and estates. As the demand grows, we are looking to expand quickly into commercial and business law, dispute resolution, and litigation, in addition to more specialised areas of law, including bankruptcy, insolvency, and employment law.

Predominantly you will handle matters relating to the purchase and sale of existing and off the plan residential and commercial property, often located interstate, by investor clients. As well as the needs of our Wills and Estate clientele. You will be servicing the needs of the company’s existing client base while contributing to enhancing relationships with key business stakeholders and providing guidance to junior staff.

Be a holder of a current unrestricted practicing certificate as equity opportunities exist for the right candidate

Strong legal knowledge and experience

Excellent legal research and analytical skills

Ability to handle multiple legal matters and meet deadlines

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail and ability to work with complex legal documents

Bachelor's degree in Law or a relevant field
