Whelan Property Group is an established mid-tier Strata Management Agency with 2 offices in Sydney. This role is located in our Pyrmont Office and within walking distance of Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station and the Light Rail.

We are looking for an Administration / Accounts Support Officer to join our team of professionals. We offer a structured induction program and career development. We enjoy a friendly environment, an additional day of leave for our Birthday and have free gym access.

The Role includes, but is not limited to:

Accounts enquiries (via email and phone)

Provide efficient and effective administration support to the accounts team

Provide a high level of customer service support to our clients

Annual Leave cover for the finance team

Ad-hoc accounts and administration duties as required
