They're looking to bring on a motivated, talented, and personable individual to join their impressive finance team, and fast track this person to Senior Financial Accountant, giving them the opportunity to thrive in a global business. Duties will include:

Preparation of financial reports

Month end close requirements

Senior stakeholder management - have a holistic view of the entire organisation

Become the go-to person in finance for BAU team leaders

Balance sheet reconciliations, GL reconciliations

Overseeing accounts payable - recs, invoicing, costing etc

Continuous improvement, both systems and process, and implementing change

Providing support to the Senior Financial Accountant and Finance Manager where required

Prepare the business for audit and tax requirements, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Ad hoc project work

This role is suited to someone making their first move from professional practice, likely part qualified in CA or newly qualified, and with the drive and motivation to succeed in a global organisation. The hiring manager wants strong communicators, the ability to deal with senior leaders from other departments, and someone inquisitive who has the ability to problem solve under pressure, and come up with solutions.
