Specialising in tax and business advisory, the firm has over 30 staff and multiple partners with the belief that a strong culture leads to positive results. The partners bring experience from big 4 - top 10 accounting firms and are currently directing the firm towards expansion. They’re experiencing 30% profit margins, with the 10-year goal of reaching 20 million. Beneficially, you can become a partner quickly due to the fast growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-4 offshore and juniors.
• Provide tax advice on issues including Div7A, CGT, GST, and FBT.
• Finalise management reports and income tax returns.
• Provide business advisory services to clients such as benchmarking, cashflow, budgeting & forecasting.
• Manage a fee base of between $700-900k.
• Stakeholder management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Have 7+ years of experience within public practice.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Produces high quality work.
• Based in Sydney.
• Australian permanent resident.
