Your Role in Our Team

As a key part of our management team, you will work closely with the founder optometrist and help drive operational excellence, customer engagement, and business success while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. You will lead by example, ensuring that every patient and customer has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Dr Steve Tang with projects and tasks, daily store operations, sales , order management & staff training.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by becoming skilled in manager’s standard operating procedures.

• Work alongside our team to grow sales and performance while maintaining our premium brand standards.

• Assist & help grow our contact lens business .

• Mentor and train team members, providing guidance in optical dispensing and customer care.

• Pre-test patients and assist with optical dispensing, frame selection, lens measurements and collections.

• Oversee Medicare , lab tracking and lab warranties.

• Support e-commerce order fulfilment, including tracking and processing online purchases.

• Maintain a welcoming, hygienic, and organized store environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in optical dispensing or retail management is highly valued but not essential.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping patients find the best vision solutions.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and think proactively.

• A confident communicator who can lead, inspire, and work collaboratively with a team.

• Open to mentorship and ongoing professional development.

• Comfortable with technology and administration tasks.
