Demand Manager facilitates access to government funding programs aimed at promoting energy efficiency. Demand Manager is an Accredited Certified Provider under the NSW Energy Savings Scheme and an Accredited Party under the Victorian Energy Upgrade Scheme. We also operate in South Australia under the REPS Scheme.

We have over 15 year experience working in these Schemes and have assisted a wide range of clients in the public as well as the private sectors.

The role is based in our office in Sydney CBD with good access to public transport. We seek an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our high-performing team and growing business for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing information to customers and colleagues.

Document Management: Preparing, printing, binding, photocopying and scanning documents.

Administrative Support: Sorting and sending mail, taking messages, following up on inquiries, and managing office supplies.

Data Entry and Record Management: Entering data, maintaining records, and organising files.

Meeting Coordination: Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and preparing agendas.

Financial Tasks: Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and paying bills.

General Office Support: Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, assisting with various ad hoc tasks as needed.

Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills:

Mature person with previous experience.

Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and colleagues.

Strong Organisational Skills: To manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Computer Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant software.

Attention to Detail: For accurate data entry and document management.

Problem-Solving Skills: To address issues and find solutions.

Customer Service Skills: To provide a positive experience for customers and colleagues.

Adaptability: To handle a variety of tasks and adjust to changing priorities.

Teamwork: To collaborate effectively with other team members.

Time Management: To meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
