Join their high-performing team as an Accounts Receivable Officer and contribute to their continued success story. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial excellence while enjoying diverse responsibilities that include:

Recording, reconciling, and managing incoming payments against outstanding invoices

Handling communications with customers regarding their accounts

Working collaboratively with customers to secure timely payment of overdue amounts

Evaluating the creditworthiness of new customers and setting appropriate credit limits

Assisting with elements of month-end reporting

Investigating and addressing any billing disputes or discrepancies

Performing ad-hoc finance-related tasks as needed

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3-4 years' accounts receivable experience from a fast-paced, high-demand organisation. You will also have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a collaborative and driven team.
