Moonah or Launceston.

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

Duties
  • Examine existing election management and corporate processes and procedures to ensure legislative compliance, mitigate risk and recommend areas for improvement that produce holistic solutions.
  • Drive internal, collaborative working groups aimed at improving business processes, encouraging innovative and integrated service provision within the context of the strategic direction identified for the Tasmanian Electoral Commission (TEC).
  • Work with the Data Analyst to identify trends in election management and corporate governance.
  • Through the preparation of detailed recommendations, proposals, and project plans, develop and recommend solutions, including process improvements, automation, and technology-based improvements.
  • Create visual representations of current and proposed processes to facilitate understanding and communication and assist with the implementation of new processes and technologies, providing guidance and support to end users.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships within the TEC’s Elections and Engagement, Business and Legislation and Compliance Directorates to guide the prioritisation and implementation of agreed projects.
  • Regularly review and refine processes to ensure ongoing optimisation.
