The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant / CPAP Consultant to join our team at CPAP Assist in Wodonga, Victoria. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on CPAP products and equipment to help improve the health and wellbeing of our clients.

Key responsibilities

Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of CPAP machines, masks, and accessories

Assisting clients with the selection, fitting, and set-up of CPAP equipment

Providing education and support to ensure clients use their CPAP equipment effectively

Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate inventory records

Staying up-to-date with the latest CPAP products and technologies

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the retail store

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer-facing retail or healthcare role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Basic technical knowledge or understanding of CPAP equipment (desirable, but not essential)

Passion for health and wellbeing and a desire to make a positive difference in people's lives

Set working days and time. Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm.
