Our new sales team member will be our showroom consultant and will work closely with our sales management to deliver a top customer experience:

Greeting and assisting visitors in our showroom

Working inbound customer calls

Taking payments

Assisting with sales-related tasks (questions, rebate applications etc)

Qualifying customers, capturing customer details and requesting additional information

Resolving general customer queries

Lead management including entering new customers, tracking leads and producing lead reports

Following up unresponsive new leads to assist the field sales team with booking appointments

Working on outbound customer campaigns to generate or invigorate new sales (partner databases, aged leads, targets sectors)

About You
If you have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with customer service, reception or retail roles and want to develop into business development and sales, come and talk to us. If you have the ability to work with customers in a showroom environment that relies on you as the anchor point to all customer contact, you could be the one for us. You will need to be familiar with Microsoft Office, have a strong sense of initiative, excellent communication skills and the drive to support our customers and field sales team.

Be highly motivated with good organisation and time management skills.

Love owning a process and ‘making it work’.

Have communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to work as part of a strong team, with both support for others and your own sales work.

Enjoy a laugh in a small group of peers.

Have the ability to multi-task and deal with constant change.
