We're looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Laverton-based client, providing administrative support in their Collections Division.

COLLECTIONS ADMINISTRATOR
- Start: ASAP for a handover with current employee
- Duration: Temp-Perm
- Location: Laverton North (free on-site parking)
- Hours: Monday to Friday (7.5hr day office open 7am to 4pm)
- Rate: $36-37 per hour (depending on experience)
The Role: As a Collections Administrator you will follow up customers for purchase orders, answer queries, upload invoices for payment, maintain and close out work orders, and prepare progress claims, working across 20-30 internal systems.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in the building/construction/manufacturing industry
- Experience working in financial admin and/or collections would be advantageous
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment
- Unwavering commitment to the delivery of superior customer service with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office and tech savvy to work across 20-30 client/supplier portals
- Financially astute with a talent for analysing complex information (eg breakdown of multiple invoices to determine contract price)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- C Class Driver's Licence
- FULL Australian Working Rights
