About the Role:
As our NDIS Portal and Claims Officer, you will be responsible for managing the NDIS portal and processing claims to ensure our clients receive the vital support services they need. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing, claims, and service agreements related to NDIS-funded services.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in the NDIS portal
Accurately preparing and submitting claims for NDIS services provided to clients via NDIA, plan managers, and self-managed participants
Liaising with the NDIS and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies with claims with professionalism and attention to detail
Manage the Brevity Care Software CMS
Generating reports and providing data analysis to support ongoing service delivery
Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and the implementation of their NDIS plans
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, support coordinators, and internal teams
Prepare and manage client service agreements
Monitor plan renewals and ensure continuity of services
What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, including funding rules and claiming processes
Demonstrated experience in an NDIS or disability services administration role
Proven experience with data entry, record-keeping, and database management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Xero, PRODA, and ideally Brevity CMS
High-level communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving, organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Required Certifications:
Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Card
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Proof of 3 doses of a COVID-19 vaccination
