主要职责

根据项目计划协调施工任务，制定并维护施工进度表

监督和培训施工团队成员，分配日常工作任务

确保施工现场遵守所有安全规定和质量标准

阅读并解释施工图纸、蓝图和技术规范

管理和维护施工设备，确保其正常运行

与项目经理、工程师、业主和其他相关方保持有效沟通，汇报项目进展

监控项目支出，确保在预算范围内完成

解决施工过程中出现的问题，确保项目顺利推进

任职资格

教育：木工或施工相关技工证书，或建筑管理/土木工程本科、Cert IV。

经验：≥ 5 年高层混凝土结构现场经验。

证照：NSW 白卡 + 现行 CPR/急救证。NSW 驾照。

软件：熟练使用 Procore、Aconex、MS Project 等数字化管理工具。

优先条件

NSW Builders Licence / Cert IV WHS；CCM、PMP 等专业认证。

具备 Green Star、NABERS 目标项目交付经验或可持续施工实践知识。

Site Foreman (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: Sydney CBD or Project Site

Reports to: Project Manager / Construction Supervisor

Position Overview

Naturalwell Residential is seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Foreman to coordinate and supervise the daily operation of our construction sites. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication and project-management skills, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate construction tasks in line with the project programme; create and maintain detailed schedules.

Supervise and train site crews, assigning day-to-day tasks.

Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on site.

Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints and technical specifications.

Manage and maintain construction equipment, guaranteeing proper operation.

Maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers, owners and other stakeholders; report on progress.

Monitor project expenditure to ensure delivery within budget limits.

Troubleshoot on-site issues promptly to keep the project moving smoothly.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Education: Trade certificate in carpentry/construction or Bachelor’s degree / Cert IV in Building & Construction or Civil Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years on high-rise concrete structures, including 2 years supervising

Licences/Certificates: NSW White Card plus current CPR / First-Aid certification. NSW Driver License

Software: Proficient with Procore, Aconex, MS Project or similar construction-management platforms.

Languages: Fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

NSW Builder’s Licence or Cert IV in WHS; professional certifications such as CCM or PMP.

Experience delivering Green Star or NABERS-targeted projects, or proven sustainable-construction practice knowledge.
