About the role
We're currently looking for an amazing, driven and vibrant individual to showcase their skills and express their interest in joining Optus store at Ashfield, Strathfield, Eastwood, Top Ryde, Zetland on a Full Time and Part time basis to support our customers through a busy period!
Our retail store team members are a part of our amazing people at Optus. Pivotal to the business in leading the way in how we roll out our technology and services to our everyday customers. We're passionate about the latest technology trends, and how we support and tailor our services and content to customers nationwide.

About you
As the successful candidate you will be passionate, knowledgeable and poses the following attributes:
Sales - you stand out as a top performer against personal and sales targets
Communication - You are confident, outgoing, enjoy meeting new people and build relationships with ease. Multilingual abilities are not necessary but highly desirable.
People Focus - you are a strong problem solver with outcomes for our people always top of mind.
Teamwork - You excel working within a team as well as working autonomously.
Adaptability - You have experience learning new things and adapt well to frequent change.
Flexibility - You are also personally flexible and adaptable to business needs, such as travel and rotating roster.
Drive & Ambition - You have a desire for career progression, and the ability to support the team in achieving success!
Key requirements for this Role:
For Full Time: able to work 38hr, available to work at least one weekend
For Part Time: able to work 3-4 shifts per week including one weekend
Be looking to build a long-term career (2+ years) with leadership roles available in the future
