Step into a senior kitchen role at a multifaceted luxury venue housed within one of the Gold Coast’s premier properties. This is a unique opportunity to join an internationally respected hospitality group, known for delivering high-end dining experiences, seamless events & career development at every level.

As Sous Chef, you’ll be an integral part of the culinary leadership team in overseeing daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets, leading a capable team and helping to drive seasonal menu innovation. It’s a hands-on role in a well-resourced kitchen, with the backing of a wider group that invests in its people.

About You
We’re seeking a professional Sous Chef with strong leadership instincts, creativity and a background in refined a-la-carte or hotel dining. You’ll need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in premium restaurants or hotels
  • Confidence with modern Australian / European cuisine, seafood
  • A calm, collaborative leadership style
  • Trade qualifications and solid operational knowledge (ordering, stock control, rostering)
  • Experience with functions and events is a plus
