Due to consistent, sustainable growth, the group is looking for a Concrete Manager to join the business. This role will be vital in the overall success and impact on the project, and this is a position where you will grow, develop, and move upwards within the business.

THE ROLE

To supervise the site's Concrete construction activities of the workforce and to ensure the safe and successful completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and to the specified quality.

Deliverables:

• Delivering the steel on time and meeting the engineering requirements
• Pouring concrete and managing the concrete team to deliver a finish with no defects
• Keeping the site clean and safe, ensuring a professional outlook
• Ensuring the team has all the gear/equipment to deliver to work
• Maintain a good working relationship with the client

EXPERIENCE/SKILLSET

• Deep understanding of concrete construction methods, including structural systems, post-tensioning, precast, formwork, and high-risk works.
• Proficient in WHSE systems, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks (including IMS, SWMS, and the National Code of Practice).
• Skilled in reading and implementing technical documentation - designs, ITPs, QA forms, hold points, and subcontract scopes.
• Experienced in short and medium-term programming, site logistics planning, and resource coordination to drive productivity.
• Strong ability to identify buildability issues early and enforce corrective measures to maintain design intent and project integrity.
• Leads from the front - visible, hands-on, and respected on-site by workers, other subcontractors, and peers.
• Sets clear expectations and drives daily alignment through prestarts, progress checks, and compliance walkarounds.
• Holds others to account without ego - willing to challenge poor standards while also recognising wins.

• $180,000 - $200,000 (including Super)
