We are looking for a Customer Service and sales expert for our call center, who is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience and enjoys interacting with customers to identify their needs.

You will be:

• Providing excellent customer service over the phone
• Building strong relationships and working towards understanding the customer’s needs.
• Quoting and entering orders
• Multitasking across systems and applications
• Achieve set targets and quality standards.
• Effectively prioritise and manage your time and performance.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced working in a call centre, retail, or sales.
• The ability to build customer relationships quickly.
• Strong computer skills and can quickly learn and use multiple systems.
• Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality
• Proven experience in solving problems and strong negotiation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and well organised.
• The proven ability to meet KPI’s.
• You will have a strong record of attendance and punctuality.

As a strong communicator, you’ll feel comfortable responding to general enquiries relating to a range of products, full training and ongoing support will be provided!
