Your Opportunity
As a Team Manager in our Contact Centres located in Joondalup and West Perth, you will coach, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, enabling them to showcase the value and benefits of RAC products and services while providing exceptional support to our members via phone.
- Locations: Joondalup and West Perth
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week), with scheduled Saturday shifts on rotation every 6 or 10 weeks
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of customer service and sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to support career development and skill enhancement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring each team member reaches their potential.
- Support team members in overcoming challenges, improving performance, and building resilience.
- Address member concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring positive resolutions.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure the execution of strategies and initiatives.
