Aus Energy Solar is currently looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our call centre team!

You will be joining a team of like minded people, plugging in to a very exciting, fun, energetic sales team.

The Role:

• Generating/setting face to face solar consultations for our in-house solar design consultants
• Getting potential customers excited about saving money and going green!
• Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s
• Presenting and communicating with customers in a clear and effective manner

We are looking for people with:

• Previous experience in Solar Telemarketing / Sales - MUST HAVE
• English MUST be your first language
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems
• Enthusiasm and a confident approach
• A positive and outgoing personality
• Resilient attitude and a self-starting mentality
