The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of multiple residential insurance repair projects across the Gold Coast. Responsibilities include:

• Confirming scope of works and ensuring budget accuracy
• Enforcing high safety standards across all projects
• Overseeing all aspects of construction, restoration, and repair
• Ensuring compliance with budget, legislation, and regulatory standards
• Supervising trades and coordinating construction activity on site

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A valid QBCC Building Licence
• Proven experience using Prime software
• Strong IT capabilities and confidence with systems
• A current First Aid certificate
• In-depth understanding of the National Construction Code, WHS, SWMS, PPE, and industry regulations
• Experience managing trades and multiple job sites effectively
