Kestrel Cleaning Services & Supplies is looking for a Cleaning Operations Coordinator to guide a hardworking team of 20+ cleaners, support daily operations, and ensure cleaning standards are not just met—but exceeded.

This is a leadership role with boots on the ground. You’ll work side-by-side with your team while setting the pace, solving problems, and making sure every clean reflects the high standard Kestrel is known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supervise and support a team of cleaners on the ground

Jump in alongside the team and lead by example

Keep cleaning quality consistent and top-notch

Manage daily comms between team, clients, and management

Enforce OHS procedures and cleaning safety protocols

Track cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is in top shape

Help quote new jobs and pass on site details

Identify and report maintenance or quality issues

Cover for our Operations Cleaning Manager when required

Coordinate key collection and return as needed
